1. Return Policy

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged and returned with their original packaging and tags, where applicable.

  • Customers must contact our customer support team before sending any item back.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear pictures or a video of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund.

3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be requested for eligible products, subject to availability and approval. Customers should contact us within the return period.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

  • Approved refunds will be issued through an agreed payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide their bank account or mobile wallet details.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days after refund approval for the refund to be processed.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer or returned without the required original packaging may not qualify for a change-of-mind return, subject to applicable consumer rights.

6. Return Shipping Charges

  • For damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered products, Mirha Collection will arrange an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

  • For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

7. How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange, contact us through our official WhatsApp or social media page. Please provide your order number, reason for return and supporting pictures or videos where applicable.
